Who is responsible for your data?

Stenwic Studio is a brand of Stonefield. For questions about your data, email info@connyloonstra.com.

What data do we store?

When you register, we store your name, email address, selected audience, and the time and wording of your consent. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, we also store your shop name and location. Consumers and prospective stockists are registered separately in a dedicated Stenwic Studio database.

How do we use your data?

With your consent, we email consumers news about the launch and collections. Prospective stockists receive information about working with us and the related collections. We use your registration for the audience you select. You can register for both groups separately.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your registration until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. We then delete your registration. Your data is not sold.

Hosting and access

The website and database are hosted by Akamai Cloud (Linode) in Frankfurt, Germany. Only the authorised administrator and service providers needed for hosting have access for their work. The administrator can export consumers and prospective stockists separately for the communications described above. Exports are stored carefully and deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies and security

We use a functional session cookie to secure forms and keep the administrator signed in. If you choose a language, a functional language cookie remembers your choice for up to one year. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website. To limit abuse, we briefly process a protected code based on your IP address. This is not stored with your registration and is cleared within 24 hours. The hosting provider may also keep technical security logs.

Unsubscribing, access and deletion

You can withdraw your consent at any time and request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. Email info@connyloonstra.com and specify whether your request concerns your consumer registration, your stockist registration or both. Withdrawal does not affect the use of your data before that point.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
